CREIA Awards "Bob Reed Inspector of the Year"

to SCOTT SWICKARD, Founder of InspectOC

September 27, 2016, Burbank, CA

CREIA, the California Real Estate Inspection Association, at its recent annual

conference in Burbank, has awarded its coveted Inspector of the Year award

to Scott Swickard of InspectOC.

Scott was selected from hundreds of inspectors throughout the state of California

to receive this award, by the Board of Directors, for "dedication to the industry,

commitment to professionalism, and providing a role model for other inspectors

to follow". 

Scott was honored - and surprised - to receive this award. His reaction to

receiving the award:  "I do not do this for the recognition, but truly believe that

helping other inspectors become better at their profession, and helping the

association ultimately helps us individually and as a group. I always learn more

through training others. Thank you for this honor."

Scott Swickard is the Owner of InspectOC, a successful and growing inspection company with two inspectors. Scott is past president of the Orange County Chapter of CREIA, has also served on the CREIA Board as Regional Director, and is a Certified Trainer. Scott volunteers as a member of the Membership Committee and the Website Committee of CREIA.
