Home Inspectors :: Home Inspections : United States

The purchase of a home is likely the largest single investment a family or individual may make in a lifetime.  A home inspection from InspectOC will help to assure all parties that the home does not have conditions or surprises that may affect the property value.

Complete Home Inspection

A complete home inspection includes an evaluation and written report on over 400 items around the home.  These include:

1. Foundation, Basement, and Under-floor Areas
2. Exterior
3. Roof Covering
4. Attic Areas and Roof Framing
5. Plumbing
6. Electrical
7. Heating and Cooling
8. Fireplaces and Chimneys
9. Building Interior

The written report includes an Interior Room by Room review, and operational condition on built-in appliances and more.

Additional Services Offered:
     Pool and Spa Inspection

A complete Pool and/or Spa inspection is offered as an extra cost option from a trained and qualified inspector. This includes an evaluation of the pool and spa surfaces, surrounding decks, drainage, pumps, heaters, lights, enclosures and other related equipment.

     Irrigation/Sprinkler Operation

Testing of irrigation/sprinkler systems is not a part of a home inspection. While we look at the irrigation components and vegetation for signs of damage, leaking, pooling water, lack of water or dying vegetation, turning on and testing the sprinklers is beyond the scope. However, for an additional fee, we can either manually or through the controller, turn on each irrigation zone to view the coverage, look for damaged, missing and leaking heads. The findings for this optional service will be included in the written inspection report.

Commercial Property Inspections

Investors who are planning to buy, or own commercial properties, will benefit greatly from a detailed property inspection.  With the sizeable investment involved in commercial properties, an inspection can help identify Physical Deficiencies and Deferred Maintenance of material systems, components or equipment. Conducted to ASTM standards, our commercial inspection can provide a Property Condition Report (PCR) to help identify such defects. For more information on our Commercial Division, CLICK HERE
