COVID-19 - Corona Virus

To our valued clients, agents and homeowners:

Real Estate has been declared an essential business throughout most of California, we continue to perform home inspections for our clients, and will take any precautions that are recommended to safeguard our clients, agents and homeowners. This includes use of a mask, gloves and booties while in the home, along with frequent handwashing or sanitizing.

It is recommended that once the home is unlocked or access is provided, that agents, clients and homeowners not be present during the inspection, and not follow the inspector around during the inspection. We can alert you of a time for the review to be scheduled. Such reviews can be conducted via phone or FaceTime, if preferred. Children should not be present or attend any part of the inspection.

If anyone is sick, showing any cold/flu or other symptoms, or concerned about being in the "at-risk" population, they should not attend the inspection. This includes our inspectors. If there is someone in the home that is sick, the inspection should be cancelled and rescheduled for a later time.

We share in the concern over helping to contain the spread of this virus, particularly to the elderly and other "at-risk" population.

Should you have any concerns or questions during this unusual time, you are free to contact us. There will be no charges for cancelling or moving an inspection at the last minute, if these charges would normally apply. We are also able to sign the CAR (California Association of Realtors) CoronaVirus Property Entry Advisory and Declaration (PEAD), if needed.
