Inspect OC is honored to announce it has reached an agreement for a transfer in ownership, effective immediately.  Scott Swickard, Founder and primary inspector for the past 20 + years, has stepped away from being the primary inspector, and agreed to sell all assets, company name and goodwill, to Scott McMillin.

Scott McMillin is no stranger to InspectOC, as he has been an active inspector for almost ten years, and has great relationships with clients and real estate agents. In fact, McMillin is often requested by agents and clients to conduct their important real estate inspections.

Scott Swickard will still be involved with doing inspections, although on a lesser scale. You should see little or no change in the operation of the company. We are still committed to thorough inspections, providing important information about the properties we inspect, realistic and non-scary findings, easy-to-read inspection reports with executive summaries.

InspectOC  has a loyal following of owners, investors, real estate agents and their clients, who trust us to handle their purchases, investments and valued real estate properties. We will continue to provide this service with the same care that our valued clients have come to expect.
